Harumi Hanafusa ( 1952 ) was born in Toyko, Japan. She studied at Tokyo's Toho Gakuen School of Music. She performed well in piano competitions which included the Queen Elizabeth competition and the Gyorgy Cziffra competition. She has recorded works by Ravel and Debussy.
