Lidia Grychtołówna ( 1928 ) was born in Rybnik, Poland. She performed at the 1955 Chopin competition where she placed in 7th place. She would go on to record works by Chopin, Scriabin and Liszt and is most known for her Beethoven E-Flat, WoO. 4 concerto under the Philips label.
